E' possibile cancellare la prenotazione fino a 7 giorni prima dell'arrivo senza incorrere in penali. Dopo questo termine o in caso di no-show o partenza anticipata sarà addebitata una penalità pari al 100% del soggiorno. The reservation can be modified or cancelled 7 days before arrival without any fee. In case of late cancellation, reduction in lenght of stay or no-show a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
