• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 flors and 3 lifts in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are furnished with fine elegance and facing the greenery of the park which surrounds the hotel for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every room has a little balcony, but not a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite colour TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room is air conditioned (free of charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Como there are many car rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a big supermarket only 1 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Como and Cernobbio (200 metres).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milan Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize it on request.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 50 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como San Giovanni Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a fitness centre with sauna and turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant à la carte.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
