  Yes, it is included and it is a buffet breakfast.

  Yes, you can.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All twin and double rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite television in all rooms.

  There is air conditioning from June to September, at no extra charge.

  Yes, we have an internet point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are two swimming pools with hydromassage section and they are open from April to the end of October.

  There is a parking space and a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket 100 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sorrento.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a shuttle service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 100 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  400 meters from the hotel, (Cicumvesuviana Sorrento Napoli).
• How far away is the beach?
  You can use the beach of the Hotel Royal, 150 meters from our hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not a fitness centre but the pools have the Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome but only in the rooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
