• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All rates are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefere.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we do not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have some rooms with terrace but they are only on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have some rooms with balcony but they are only on request.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, but only on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite television in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in each room and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from April until October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a large parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request, we can organise the reservation of a rental car for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Catania Fontanarossa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, we can organise pickup by private car from or to the airport. This service can be charged to the Hotel bill.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is just outside the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Siracusa at 2 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Salone Laudien is the main restaurant of our house.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but only on request.
