By Plane
International Abruzzo Airport in Pescara is really close to the property, at a distance of 12 kilometres. This terminal welcomes connections from many cities in Europe and the rest of Italy on a regular basis, and buses reach the railway station in a few minutes. Your plane may also land at Fiumicino airport in Rome (245 km from the inn).
By Car
From Pescara airport, take motorway SS5, turn left into SS16 and head towards "Foggia/ Ancona". Eventually you will reach Montesilvano, where you must stay on Corso Umberto I, pass the railway station and veer right at Viale Aldo Moro. The last street on your left is Viale Kennedy, where the hotel stands on number 28. (This journey takes around 20 minutes).
Coming from Rome, you must get off at the exit Pescara Nord/ Cittá S. Angelo and turn right at SP2. Once in Montesilvano, follow the indications already described. (2 hours 20 minutes).
By Train
At Pescara airport you can catch buses to Pescara Centrale railway station, where buses depart every 20 minutes to Montesilvano, leaving you off only 20 metres from the inn. Pescara Centrale also welcomes trains coming from Rome (a 2 hours and a half trip), and another option is to reach Montesilvano railway station, placed a few blocks from the Grand Hotel. |
