 Grand Hotel e del Parco opened as a hotel in 1936, only 200 metres from the main square in L`Aquila. Since then it has provided comfort and a traditional ambiance close to really antique sights and monuments like St Massimo Cathedral and Santa Maria di Collemaggio, the most famous abbey in Abruzzo region. |
 At Grand Hotel e del Parco you will be able to choose among well furnished guestrooms, with views of the property`s garden or Corso Federico II street. The last renovation added air conditioning and access to internet, parquet floors and old pieces of furniture that were preserved from the early days of the inn, constructed in imperial style. |
 L`Aquila is really easy to reach by bus from Rome. It is located an hour both from the Italian capital city and the Adriatic Coast, and plenty of natural reserves for activities outdoors are at a close distance too: the National Park of Abruzzo, 50 kilometres away, and Gran Sasso and Laga Mountains, 20 minutes by car. |
