• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception people speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but we have some rooms with balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, 6 rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is sat TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in every room there is a telephone with direct line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is free air conditioning in 18 rooms and it is available in summer season.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but you can connect with your Pc.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking nearby the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some agencies in the city, one is near the exit of the highway (AVIS).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is International Abruzzo Airport, but our property is easy to reach also from Rome Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is the bus station near the hotel for all directions.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station is 1 Km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant "La Grotta di Aligi" proposes the typical dishes and savours of local cooking with new elaboration for the taste of our guests.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
