Arrival was very easy. We took the bus from the train station. It let us off directly in front of the hotel.

The traffic outside the hotel was pretty bad. Be careful if you have small children.

Very efficient and quick.

The only dawback was that the front-facing rooms also looked on to the busy road, which made it noisy when the windows were open, and which reduced the pleasure of using the balcony. There is of course nothing which can be done about this.
Once the double-glazed doors were closed, there was no traffic noise.
Otherwise the hotel was splendid.

Everything in the hotel was o.k. only the hospitallity from the receptionist was not as expected. It was verry formal and uninterested (for example didn't asked if we needed help with luggage, didn't show us the direction in the hotel and to the room).

We thought the space in the room would be larger for four people. It was smaller then we expected. But further the room and the stay was great!

It's a good, nice and quit place tot stay. With greath view at the lake.

Very spacious rooms! This hotel was recently remodeled. Also - good swimming pool out back.

Room needed developing and decorating. Balcony too small to be of use.

The room was fantastic....we took the public bus to the hotel...Bus 10 it worked great...then the fast boat to como and cab to station....worked great...

The porter helped us to bring luggage in from the car and then left. We were left to carry our own luggage to the bedroom.

We found the service indifferent at best. Whilst there was public parking next to the hotel it most certainly was not 'hotel parking' as advertised and was not always readily available. The room was satisfactory but for a hotel that has just been renovated there were still a lot of marks on and holes in the wall.

It was handled very smoothly. This time, however, no porters came to our assistance at all.

Please mention that it is not hotel parking but public parking.
