• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The American buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and of course Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are six floors and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Oceanine and Noble rooms have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only a few superior rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite televsion with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and also heating, both included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can surf the Internet directly from your room, ot is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an outdoor pool, open all year, though not heated.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private garage free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small grocery store in Seiano, otherwise you have to go to Vico Equense.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Seiano is a small fraction of Vico Equense.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Naples International Airport Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have transfer service on request at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Seiano (if you take the Curreri bus from Naples airport to Sorrento ask the driver to stop at the G.H. Angiolieri).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Seiano where stops only the local train Circumvesuviana.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 6-7 minute walk, though we also have a shuttle service.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There is both public beach and private clubs.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a gourmet restaurant "l'Accanto".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, as in each room there is ADSL cable access and it is free of charge.
