The pool was empty and the area around it was dirty. We should have been told that the pool was not available before certain dates.

The recptionist offered to park my car and guided me to the room that was not yet ready, but I could leave my luggage!

The only one little unpleasant was the service at the restaurant the 1st day I arrived the waiter was pretty harsh and pushy. All other meals were very nice!

The pool has a great view on the bay, but people form the street above have a great view on people at the pool. As there is construction ongoing on the upper level, so it was pretty noisy at the pool side!
The pool was very clean.
Wouild suggest the hotel offers pool towels

A place with a gorgeous view on the amalfi coast, a spacious pool and pool area, restaurant with good food and a great view, with service being so, so!

We used a taxi to bring us to the Hotel so we didnt need the direction instructions on your web site.

High quality hotel the view from our balcony was like a picture postcard with beautiful views of the surrounding country side and the Amalfi Coast. I think it is the place to stay to get the best views of the area, also good food and good facilities.

They were great! Very accomodating. We used their car service. They picked us up in Caserta instead of Napoli and super nice people.

Had read some negative comments online on a website and was wary. But our stay was wonderful! The staff was great, the room was clean and very satisfactory. Quiet hotel with gorgeous views. The private balcony was geat. One night we ate out there instead. Overall, I would definitely recommend Graal to a friend.

Staff were very helpful, we were running very late for our train and the owner who drove us to the train station waited outside the station and took our mobile number to make sure we caught our train, and offered to drive us to Naples if we missed it.

The great bonus about the hotel is that it is only a 2 minute stroll from the square and that there are no steps to climb!!

I was put into a single room but I had paid for double room for single occupancy. I spoke with the reception and was immediatley changed to a double room. I would advise people to bring the print out from your website.

The price I paid for my stay at the Graal was more than what was there quoted rates on the back of the bedroom door for that time of year.

My stay was on a bed and breakfast basis. I had lunch in the restaurant one day and I paid €16 on checkout. I would recommend if you are not full/half board to eat elsewhere. I had some bread, bottle of water and cheese salad. Was sorry I bothered, wasn't great and pricey enough.

We pre-booked a taxi with Hotel Graal to meet us at the airport which went to plan. Taxi driver very friendly and informative both from the airport and on return.

There was a pleasant surprise when we realized dinner and breakfast were included. The food was delicious and the wait staff very pleasant.
Our room had a very strange odor that went away with the door to the balcony open but the bathroom remained with the strange odor for the time we stayed. The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was perfect.
