One minor flaw in the English translation of the directrions led to a wrong turn. Also, a warning that the road to the accomodations was narrow and winding would have been helpful to be sure we were on track. If you would like I can update the directions in a way I think better ... It was expected that the outdoor spa would be warm. It was not. In general, a very nice hostess and a good base for exploring the CinqueTerre ... 1.Improve the directions in English (including street names for the last few turns) 2.Change the expectation of a hot spa 3.Highlight the concept of a great base for seeing the CinqueTerre ... Wonderful site. Very helpful hostess. Great base for exploring the CinqueTerre. Be prepared for winding, narrow drive to the site. Timid drivers or large cars would be at a major disadvantage

My only negative, very petty really is that gas was an added cost, this I thought was an irritant,as it happens a charge was not made at check out.As most residents would only burn 2 euros worth why bother adding it to the tarriff ... the website gave the impression that the pool was near the apartments, ours was a 3 minute walk away ... quaint tidy cottage great value for 4 people

The view is terrific! ... Charming, beautiful, private, and close to key sites such as Cinque Terre.

we arrived at the griturismo after watching many pics on your web-site, knowimg how sometimes they can be very far from reality. to our delight, the location, the rooms and the facilities were actualy much better than what we expected! regarding the directions: we didn't use them, we had a GPS. ... the rooms are amazingly beautiful, comfortable and quiet. the smell of lavender and rosmarine are carried by the fresh air. the view of the golf from the windows is breath taking. One note should be taken though: there were very good facilities for cooking but no elemntary products such as salt & pepper, oil, or even coffee & milk, so you need to buy them prior to your arrival. plus, the gas was not included in the total price. but do not be alarmed, you pay as much as you use (there's a meter)we only had to pay 2 Euros for a 2 nights stay. ... I think it is important to state that it is located on top of a very steep clif and can be reached by car only. trips to the city of La Spezia are an 8 minute drive (all down hill). ... beautiful, peacefull, extremely romantic and quiet. nature surrounds you, everything's green and furtile. the views from the room and the pool are something I will never forget.

Everything is fine about the accomodation, only the access road to reach it is in a very poor state and sometimes even dangerous ... Accesability to the estate!

directions were clear but only once in La Spezia - they do not clearly state which turn off to take from the autostrada! Owners were delightful and very helpful. ... It would have been good to know that there was nowhere to go in walking distance - we ended up driving everywhere. Would also have been good to know quite how big La Spezia is! ... absolutely - inform customers that you cannot really walk to a restaurant or bar - La Spezia is a big city!
also tell people that the road to the accommodation is very narrow and windy! ... very charming, very comfortable, clean and friendly. Lovely swimming pool - but not heated! Good location for touring by car. But very reliant on car.

The acess to the property is difficult for large cars ... A very nice and intersting place to stay, but quite expensive.

More information about the road to the house needed; it was very steep and narrow. ... The price was high. Other places with the same facilities are cheaper. ... The road to the house.
