• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily prices per person, weekly prices per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but an italian breakfast is at guests' disposal with an extra charge upon request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only a ground floor and a first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. All the apartments have terrace or balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes. Some apartments have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All the apartment have T.V.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in some apartments thereis air conditioning with an extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No there isn't.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have two swimming-pools, one with Jacuzzi and waterfall.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In La Spezia, 5 minutes.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. The nearest supermarket is at 2 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  La Spezia, 5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport, 75 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we haven't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1,5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In La Spezia, 5 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we have a swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but we have an agreement with a restaurant that makes home delivery.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No you can't but there is an internet point at 2 km from us.
