  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The rates are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, it is. Our American buffet breakfast served at the restaurant is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can, but we need a credit card number in order to guarantee the reservation at booking time. Plus, you will have to pay all extras upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Greek and Arabian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors and there are 3 elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all rooms are soundproofed.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, the rooms have plasma TV screen with all international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Rooms don't have direct line.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is free, and it is free of charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do. WIFI available wih an extra charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is an indoor swimmimg pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, it is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We will be able to help you out with this. Please ask at reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Torino Caselle.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    It is Porta Nuova's stop.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Porta Nuova.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, we have the Golden SPA, the descrition of which can be found in the Facilities section. The Golden Spa is closed for the Summertime Holidays from 30th July to 29th August.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome. Please ask.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. Rooms are equipped of ADSL connection.
