• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2:00 pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room for B&B treatment, for person in half/full board.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Besides Italian English, French and German are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all our rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv with international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is at the nearby sister hotel, Villa Maria (5 min walking distance).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is, it is open from May to October according to weather conditions.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many grocery stores in the surroundings.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Hotel Giordano is set in the middle of Ravello.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request and by paying an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 200 metres far from Hotel Giordano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salerno railway station (approx. 30 km).
• How far away is the beach?
  Ravello is a small village perched over Amalfi. The beach is 4-5 km far from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not directly at the hotel but at the sister hotel, Villa Maria. The restaurant is renowned for its innovative menu and the charming setting.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
