The restaurant is one of the strongest points of Hotel. The gastronomy, managed by professional experienced staff, proposes unusual courses in the delicious Sicilian gastronomy and international one. A special attention is focused at the wines: the well supplied "Wine Room" includes the vintage Sicilian, national and international wines carefully selected.

Further available services includes a wonderful open-plan swimming pools (open from May untill October according to the weather conditions) surrounded from the solarium, at the centre of the Hotel, the green park with jogging track, private parking, a roof garden surrounded by a wonderful view of the gulf an ideal place for parties, banqueting, meeting etc....

The beach service is linked at the Hotel by a shuttle or reachable in a pleasant walking or using bicycles available free in the Hotel.
