- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in: from 03.00 pm to 04.00 pm (if not agreed differently). Check-out: before 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is inclded in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The deposit has to be paid upon reservation. The balance has to be paid 30 days max before arrival, if not agreed differently. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The apartments are on the mezzanine floor; the Villa Orangerie is on 2 levels. As it is a 13th century Convent, there is no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All apartments and the whole location are romantic, quiet and private. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All apartments have a large communal garden designed according to the Renaissance style; Apartment 1 has a big terrace; Apartment 3 has a big balcony; Villa ORangerie has a balcony and a terrace, a large garden and a park. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
The Double bedroom of the Villa Orangerie has a terrace overlooking the park; the living room of Apartment 1 has a big terrace; Apartment 3 has a big balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, sorry. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All apartments and the Villa have satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is a telephone and fax service at the Reception. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no air conditioning in the Convent because the walls are so thick that you do not need it. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Under the covered cloister there are wonderful old wood tables and benches where you can have your meals. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
You can use the telephone line of the Reception to connect. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, but the beautiful town swimming pool lies only 1.5 Km from the Convent. - Is parking or garage available?
There is parking available. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car either at the airport or at a local company. We will help you in doing it. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
They lie at about 1.5 Km. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, many vineyards. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Todi, 1.5 km. - Which is the nearest airport?
Perugia. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We recommend a taxi driver. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
