  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our price are per room. Only some special packages are based per person, but more services are included.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included. We serve a hot buffet breakfast in our panoramic restaurant. You can also ask for a continental breakfast in your room.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    On arrival we can ask your credit card or to prepay your stay only on bed and breakfast basis. Extras will be settled on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    At the hotel all staff speaks Italian as mother tongue language, English, German, French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel has 6 floors, five floors for the rooms and a panoramic restaurant and bar at the 6th floor. We have two public elevators for the rooms and the restaurant and a public lift only to the restaurant.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Absolutely yes. The rooms are all soundproofed. The ambience is very classic and elegant. Lot of honeymooners choose the Parker's for their first night.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All rooms have a little balcony. Some rooms have view of the Bay. All suites have this view. The Breakfast is served in our panoramic restaurant with a wide terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of them.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We provide a complete non smooking floor.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    We have a TV with pay programs, satellite channels and pay for movies.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have one telephone line. You only have to dial "zero" for the external line. In the bathrooms you also have a telephone set.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms and public areas have air conditioning. No charge for it.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Ask the reception to use our Internet connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No swimming pool available.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A private garage is available for our guests (extra charge).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can ask the concierge or at the airport.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Napoli Capodichino is the nearest international airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Private transfers are bookable at the reception (extra charge).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Nearest bus stop is only 20 mt from the hotel. Lines are C28, C27 to the seaside and shopping areas and C16 to the Museums.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Mergellina, only 1 km away. Good connection with Rome. You can also reach the central rail station in piazza Garibaldi, only 2 km away.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We have a Day Spa with Turkish Bath and Scottish Shower, hydrotherapy, Gym.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    George's Restaurant is on the 6th floor.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, from your room you can use telephone line for connection of your portable PC.
