• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes a continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms on the private garden are more quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Every room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  For the moment we do not have non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in every rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air conditioning is seasonal in every room without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a big parking and also a garage. The garage has an extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at 200 meter from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova 100 km and Pisa 80 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not yet.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Is 200 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  La Spezia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No we do not have a fitness centre but there is Jacuzzi in some rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes is possible.
