• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. We propose a rich buffet breakfast with healthy cereal variations, fresh fruit, delicious croissants, American corner (eggs - bacon - sausages) and much more.
  Open from 7.30 to 10.00am. A little breakfast is available at the bar after 10.00.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Yes there is. The hotel is a five store building. We have an elevator for five persons.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are. Expecially the junior suites and the charme rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just three rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking. We are a non smoking hotel since 1999.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is. You can see 3 foreign channel (2 German and one English).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is. You have to dial 0 to get the outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a pubblic swimming pool nearby (300 mt) open all year round.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private parking is always available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just 500 mt from here there is Hertz's car rentals.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bergamo Orio al Serio 190 km, Milan Linate 200 km, Milan Malpensa 230 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  During winter there are bus transfers from Bergamo Orio al Serio. We do organise private transfer from the airport (for a fee).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Is the Ciuk Gondola bus stop for the town Bus. The next regional bus stop is 400mt from here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano is 30 km from here.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes there is and it is included in the price:
  The wellness area is made up of sauna, kneipp bath, relax roox. Available for a fee: massage centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect with WIFI.
