• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per day and it includes breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included and it is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are quiet (soundproofed), private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of them have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of them have a privat balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning because in Livigno there is no need. There is individual heating control.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point and also wi-fi card for your lap-top.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have no swimming pool in the hotel, but there is one nearby.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are parking and garage available. Garage is extra charged in winter.
• Where can we rent a car?
  If you rent a car, usually it happens in the airport before the arrival.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Zurich in Swiss at 220 Km. Bergamo and Milano Linate in Italy at 240 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not. We suggest you to book a taxi or hire a car.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at the San Rocco Church: 300 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station are Zernez in Swiss: 30 Km and Tirano in Italy: 80 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a relax centre composed by a sauna, a steam-bath and a massage zone. Jacuzzi is in the Superior rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome on demand.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. There are very close to the hotel many restaurants, pizzeria and snacks-bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can and there is also the wi-fi card hire.
