• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rooms are double and price is per room, however also a single person can use the room at a cheapest price of course. It is possible to add an extra bed with a little charge for it.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is continental and is included in the price. It is from 8 to 10 and consists in Tea, cappuccino or coffee at request, buffet self service with pastries, fruits, cold fruit juices, corn flakes, "fette biscottate" with butter and jam.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Every room has the heating radiator and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on the arrival or before leaving as preferred. Please note that we accept credit cards only to guarantee the booking and the payment is due by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The building shows on the main road for one side and on the internal courtyard-garden for the other so there are two very quiet rooms and the rest a bit less quiet but with the windows closed the noise is not that much either.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided from us and daily cleaning is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one of the room shows on the terrace, but all the customers have access to it and it can be used any time.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two of the rooms have a balcony, one has access to the terrace and the other two have just windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are NON smoking. Customers can smoke on the terrace or the balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in every room, but only with national channels, for now.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is not telephone in the rooms. Customers can ask to use our phone if they need it, for short calls there won't be any charge.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is the air conditioning in every room. Obviously in the hot season the price of the rooms is higher considering the more frequent use of air condinioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is the breakfast dining room, which can be used by the customers if they want to eat their own food.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is not an Internet poin in the property, but there is a bar 5 minutes away which provides the service.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is not private parking in the property. On the main road parking is to pay (except Sundays), on the side streets is free. When possible we can provide a private parking in our courtyard for only one car though.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport where there are numerous car rentals companies, or you can find car rentals in town very easily.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Brindisi, 30 minutes away by car, 45 minutes by bus. The other option is the airport of Bari, 1 and 1/2 hours by car, a bit more by bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, at the moment we don't provide the pick-up service to-from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus terminal of all buses is on the door step.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Lecce, at 50 mts from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not fitness center of any sorts in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we'd rather not have pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant in the property, but there is a very good one only 5 minutes away by walk.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Sorry we cannot provide this service.
