By car:
- From North:
Take the A3 Freeway (Naples - Pompei - Salerno) exit at Angri, then to follow the indications for the Coastal Amalfitana via Valico di Chiunzi. Take the A 30 Freeway (Caserta - Salerno) exit at Salerno; then continue on the A3 towards Naples.Those who preferred to enjoy the magnificent view of the Coastal Amalfitana, although the ride is a little longer, should follow the Coastal Amalfitana highway until Vietri Sul Mare, or the A30 until Salerno, then continue along the fabulous 163 SS Coastal Amalfitana until they reach Maiori, or the new Via Chiunzi until you reach Pietri Tramonti.
- From South:
The A1 Highway "Dal Sole" (Reggio Calabria - Salerno), exit at Salerno; then take the A3 towards Naples until they reach the Angri exit, or continue towards the 163 SS "Amalfitana".
By bus:
You may take The Salerno - Maiori Service from bus SITA at the train station. They leave on the hour, and then transfer to the Maiori - Tramonti line. From Rome, Servizio Roma - Maiori from the Tiburtina station. Then the Maiori - Amalfi which leaves daily from the MAROZZI Bus Company. There are also buses available from both the Naples airport and station.
By Plane:
The closest airport is in Naples at about 1 hour by car.
By Train:
The closest railway stations are in Salerno and Naples, less than an hour away. |
