Mushrooms, game, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts and chestnuts, wine from The Amalfi Coast as well as many regional labels...Also the fish are special at Il Frescale, prepared following the ancient recipes: Cod and potatoes, stockfish, small "Piennolo" tomatoes and black olives all in a light onion sauce... |

Then to successfully end every lunch, nothing better than our very own herb infusions: Limoncello, Nocino, Mortello, or the exclusive "Concierto", than make by nunneris of St. Giuseppe and Teresa Covent! The Frescale is also available for small receptions and ceremonies, with a roomy restaurant and a beautiful open terrace under our magnificent trellis. | The magnificent frescos in the Gete Cave, or the precious burial garment found in the Pucara or Polvica Churches, the wonderful pavement in the Saint Peter church... and thousand routes through churches and museums filled with art and history. We are located in Tramonti, at the heart of the Amalfi Coast, ready to fulfill your desires whether they're cultural, sports oriented, or merely a desire to relax...Sunsets, in fact we offer all the advantages of a center location, but out of the tourist flow and city chaos. Ravello and its renovated music festival are only minutes away and like Maiori, Capri, Ischie and Procida can be easily reached by taking one of the local ferries. As well as Amalfi and Positano that although a little further away can also be easily reached. The same is also true regarding all the other coastal towns. We are located in privileged position that allows for day excursions to Naples, Pompei, Caserta and Paestum. |
