Minori together with Maiori, is one of the most ancient village of the " Amalfi Coast". Some historicals asset that Minori descended from Etruscan origins. But the beauty of this little village attracted many important tourists, especially rich families from the Roman Empire, who built a "Villa" which is well keptand still today, it is possible to visit and admire it.
Minori was full of people who made "home made pasta" long before the intervention of the technology and the rail, but still nowdays, there are a lot of housekeepers who devote themselves to the "culture" of home made pasta and with the work of their hands, are able to prepare fresh pasta like "Ricci", "Ndunderi", "Scialatielli". |
