• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All the extra will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our international hotel staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French, Spanish, and Deutsch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel has three floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Many our rooms are soundproof and are very quiet. Furthermore, half our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. The hotel is completely non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV/Sat in each of our rooms. We have several national and international TV channels,and TV channels (SKY TV) free of charge for our guests in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for this facility.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. There is an Internet Point in the lobby available for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, parking is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available at Central Station, just 10 minutes walking from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Milano Linate.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but there are convenient shuttle bus from the international airports of Milano Linate, Milano Malpensa and Bergamo Orio al Serio from Central Station, only 10 minutes walking from the Hotel or 2 stops by subway.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Viale Lombardia (bus nr. 62).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station is only is only 2 subway stops from our hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
