• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  price is per room or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors and we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are two rooms with a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Every room is no smooking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The client can call outside directly, but he can't receive calling directly from outside, the front desk will turn the line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning system (usually from 1st June to 30th September). No charge is due.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a very little parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Perugia Airport "Sant'Egidio", 10 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Perugia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Perugia is about at 10 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  250 metres from us we have a parking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 4 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
