- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 2pm until 11am, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices are per cottage. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included, as the cottage are self-catering. - Is heating included in the price?
The heating is charged apart, if used. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, of course. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, French and Spanish - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The cottage are at the ground floor.
- Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The cottage are very private and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linen and towels are provided, including the ones for the swimming pool. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The cottage have their private patio with antic rambler roses and garden with lawn. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
All rooms have a patio. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes we do.
- Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a Satellite TV and CD Player. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is a mobile phone available for the guests use upon their arrival. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is not needed, since the cottage are cool and well aired. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is: we often dine toghether with our guests. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is a swimming pool: it is opened from beginning of June to the end of September. - Is parking or garage available?
The cottage have a covered parking. - Where can we rent a car?
There is an AVIS office at Chiusi railways station. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there are two very nice grocery stores in the village of Paciano and bigger supermarkets in Chiusi or Castiglione del Lago (12 km away). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are many interesting vineyard and we can arrange visit and information on this field, since Sandro, the owner of Fontanaro farmhouse is a professional sommellier. We have a large cellar where organize wine tasting for our friends and guests. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Paciano, at less than 1 km from Fontanaro. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airports are Rome, Florence and Pisa. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We don't have any shuttle service from the airport, while we arrange pick up service from the railway station. It is very convenient, in fact, to take the train from any airport and reach Chiusi railway station, since this is on the main rail line. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is in Paciano. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Chiusi: the distance from Paciano is 12 km. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
In the property there is a gym with cyclette and other sports equipments. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there isn't. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
