| Hotel Floridiana is conveniently located in the pedestrian area of the center of Amalfi. It is a great place for an hotel in Amalfi because the beach is at only 70 metres, the Duomo and its picturesque square are at 100m and within walking distance there are romantic restaurants offering both fish and local dishes and shoping facilities. A combination of hystory and nature makes Amalfi coast a unique setting. A lot of itineraries following the coast can be discovered, especially the nature between the sea and the "Ferriera" (Valley of the hills). Do not miss the majestic cathedral and the numerous churches and constructions dating from the Amalfi Republic age and the little public and private museums, such as the Paper Mill Museum (opening hours 10:00-18:30) located about 300 meters from the hotel. |
