• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 7.30pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are the daily rate for apartment/room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There's no breakfast service. All studio and apartments have a private kitchenette to provide it.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 3 floors with very few steps but no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning without any extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is nice garden available for all guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Special arrangements with a private parking lot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Possibility of car and scooter rental in residence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the centre of Positano,only 50 meters away from the ocean,nearest town is Praiano, 6 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 60 km, Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange limousine transfer on request from everywhere.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sponda bus stop,400 meters away from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Sorrento", 13 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  50 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
