Villa Fiorintino was the highlight of a wonderful month in Europe. The Forintino family were so welcoming we would love to return and will recommend it to others.

Villa Fiorentino is an exquisitely beautiful Italian tiled villa with stunning Mediterranean views from the multiple levels of terraces. There is a sense of privacy, tranquil beauty, and generosity in the spacious rooms, local tile and precious woodwork, and the profusion of flowers on every deck. From our morning expresso on the terrace, to evening chianti with local olives, bread and oil enjoyed overlooking the lights in the bay below, we experienced joy, serenity and the warm embrace of Italy.

Very easy arrival. Domenico met us and showed us everything around the apartment. He even had someone there to take our luggage up the stairs - a big help!!

This was our favorite apartment of the four we stayed in on this trip. The other three were in Florence, Venice and Rome and not rented through this website. Domenico and his family were wonderful hosts, and it was a pleasure staying at Villa Fiorentino. The apartment was fantastic - the terrace and views were fabulous!! We highly recommend this rental!!

The significant number of steps up to this apartment should be stressed. This is not an apartment for someone who is not able to climb a considerable number of steps.

Incredible view...set up like Royalty and treated the same....It's a must if you are thinking southern Italy.

It was all that we could have hoped for. There is a grocery store just across the street, so we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast every morning on our patio.

We really appreciated the fact that they helped us carry all our luggage up the many stairs to our apartment.

Spacious accommodation and friendly hosts. No view from the apartment itself (we stayed in the garden apartment), but the best view in Positano from the deck/terrace. Everyting we needed (supermarket, etc.) within a short walking distance.

We arrived in Positano by bus. We were only a short walk to the Villa, where we were met by the Fiorentino family with open arms.

Our hosts were waiting for us with enthusiasm. They welcomed us to the villa. Arranged for the arrival of our bags. Gave us a few moments to settle in, and then visited with gifts of grapes and home made goodies. They pointed out important points of interest, gave us instructions on how to operate the kitchen appliances, and provided tips on things to do in Positano.

Our experience at Villa Fiorentino was outstanding in every way. We loved our villa. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. The location was great and the view was spectacular. I highly recommend Villa Fiorentino to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to say in Positano. We are looking forward to returning.

At checkout, they watched for our driver and arranged for our bags to be delivered to the car. Mrs. Fiorentino also gave the women home made gifts of painted silk scarves.

We accidently hopped off at the wrong bus stop as the bus driver was not particularly helpful, therefore we arrived by taxi. When our taxi driver asked us where we needed to go he kindly phoned ahead to let Villa Fiorento know we were on our way. On our arrival Domenico and porters were waiting out the front, ready to greet us, and take our luggage. They were a welcome sight after a hot day of traveling. We were able to settle into our fabulous apartment with a minimum of fuss. Have a cool drink and enjoy the awesome view from our private terrace.

Everything we needed was within walking distance, no need for a car.
What a fabulous place to stay.

We were made to feel like part of the family. Nothing is too much trouble.
The panoramic view is sealed into our memories forever. We would highly recommend Villa Fiorentino to anyone wanting to experience a week or two in Positano. Or even better, what a place to have a wedding. The function terrace is nothing less than spectacular.

Only that Positano is a hard place to find your way around. We phoned the owner to help us find the place. They were very helpful but we still even needed the help of a shop owner nearby!

I don't recall the website exactly but just that via G Marconi is the ,ain street that runs through the town and a more exact location.

My only gripe with the entire stay was that the villa didn't organise a taxi to bring us from Naples Airport. Instead we were told to get one at the airport. We had a very bad experience with a driver who spoke no English and made the usual one hour journey into 2hours 40 mins. But I phoned villa staff en route and they were on hand to sort out any problems when we arrived.

We didn't find detailed directions to the property on the website, so we took a taxi in Positano from where we got off the Sita bus to the property. The cab driver charged us an enormous amount and dropped us off at the wrong place. That was our only negative experience - once we arrived we were warmly welcomed and we loved being there.

Maybe state that the payment for the stay was preferred in cash and not by credit card as implied in the paperwork
