• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. Guests can enjoy English or American breakfast, as well as a typical Italian breakfast: espresso, cappuccino, focaccia, croissants, homemade cakes, yoghurt, jams and fruit juices.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the hotel and yes, there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We don't have any rooms with terrace or courtyard, but the hotel offer its guests a wide private park rich in silence and greenery.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We do not have any room with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no need for air conditioning! Summer is very refreshing in Savignone.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet/e-mail point in the Property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have swimming pool in the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking and the price is included in the rooms rate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Genoa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Savignone there are some beautiful tipical shops. Near the town there are many shops for shopping.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, there are not.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are 5km from Casella and Busalla.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genoa airport 25km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can provide transfer service, for istance to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the street, just in front of our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Busalla or Casella (historic railway) to 5km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we have not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a beautiful restaurant with a typical means of the valley and Liguria.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
