• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included and it is a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay at the check-out time or, if you prefer, you can pay on your arrival the total ammount of the stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are really pretty, the rooms located on the back of the hotel are a little bit more quiet, the other rooms on the front are brighter. Our prestige rooms are also romantic due to the lights effect.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony with chairs and table.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 9 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial phone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there are 2 internet points in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a free parking in front ant in the back of the hotel.
  There is also a garage (Euro 13,00 per car per day).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or we can do for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bologna airport, 7 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not. Only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Via Ferrarese (500 m far from the hotel) bus stop n. 25.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bologna train at 3 km. far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is "Il Mercante" restaurant inside the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
