  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Each room has air conditioning and heating and they are included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There is one floor and there is no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are soundproofed and therefore very quiet. Furthermore, all our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, we provide linen and towels.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of the rooms are equipped with balconies, and we also have a large terrace outside of the bar and also a private garden with view of the sea.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We have 4 rooms with balconies and 2 rooms without but there are large terraces.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV in the rooms but we have only local channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a telephone with direct dialling in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Each room has air conditioning and heating and they are included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not, but we have a snack bar with tipical drinks of the coast.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do not provide Internet.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    We do not have a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is provided.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We help with car and scooter rental with advanced notice of the necessity. We also can contact local taxi services.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are supermarkets located at 1 km from the property.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    We are at 5 km from Agerola and at 7 km from Amalfi.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is located in Naples.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We provide pickup and shuttle service, but it is not included in the price.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is at 200 mt.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway stations are located in Naples and in Salerno.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The nearest beach is in Amalfi (7 km) or Fiordo di Furore.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    The beach is public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We have a snack bar with typical drinks and food of the coast.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, there is a phone connection in each room.
