• At what time can we check-in and out?
  We guarantee the room ready for 2 pm.
  The room has to be left by 12 am. In some case we could grant a late checkout.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the breakfast room. Romservice is even avaible.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and french.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms with Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, with direct line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the Hotel is air conditioned.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, free Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, There is a car park just around the corner (100 meters from the Hotel). There is a discount for our customers. It is moreover avaible a temporary park zone just in front of the hotel to allow the baggage loading and unloading procedure
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Linate and Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Porta Venezia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Centrale, the main railway of Milan.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  We do not accept any animals, even of smal size.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, of course.
