Arrived later than expected because we got lost several times but were greeted warmly and everything was ready for us. ... Had a great time - the only criticism was the weather! The swimming pool was shut because it was too cold but we knew that before we arrived. Also more comfortable chairs would have been better in the evenings but we only noticed this because the weather was bad. ... No food provisions on arrival therefore should perhaps organise some sort of welcome pack - especially if you arrive in the evening after the shops have shut as we did. However, the proprietors rang the supermarket and they opened for us!
How to find Il Fae B&B needs to be described in far better detail. How we ever found it was a miracle! We could probably write you some good directions if you wanted.
You should also include on the web site that there are several dogs running around. We found this a positive but if anyone was frightened of dogs it would be a negative. They were all lovely, friendly dogs but had anyone not liked them it could have been a problem. ... Proprietors very friendly and helpful. Beautiful countryside with stunning views from the very comfortable bedrooms. Loads of places to visit and the proprietors will organise walks etc for you and recommend places to go. A good choice of restaurants (all reasonably priced) a short drive away. The only drawback is you do really need to drive everywhere. Driving a nightmare as the road signs are very inconsistent, but the trains are fantastic

I can't wait to go back. We had a wonderful stay. ... Delightful and spacious accomodations with a beautiful view in a Proseco vineyard and winery.

Directions to the door would have been helpful ... It was bitterly cold. I think Il Fae would be wonderful in the summer but in the winter it is just too cold and the old house seems impossible to heat without the big fire going and we were not given any firewood to light it with. The heating was simply inadequate. ... If you like old and it is in the summer, it would be wonderful. A lovely area of Italy and very easy to get to Venice.

Breakfast was very bad: poor quality coffee; stale cake and bread, poor quality fruit juice. This was unexpected as Il Fae calls itself B&B.
The site and rooms were good, but there was very poor soundproofing between rooms. ... The swimming pool was a great asset that does not feature on the werbsite

Lovely people, beautiful surroundings, interesting buildings, great wine. The pool was wonderful. Sabina was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable (appreciated her English skills!) We'd definitely do it again. ... Spectacular views. Very quiet and relaxing, 'off the beaten path' enough that we weren't stuck in yet another mass of tourists. Rustic, simple accommodations but clean and well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was traditional Italian, which is far simpler than the ham, eggs and hash browns we Americans are used to at B&B's, but 'when in Rome . . . '

I was greeted by the owner, who whilte pleasant, spoke to me as from his window 2 stories up. ... The web site, descriptions of the property and possbile activities made it sound more up scale than it is. ... -The kitchen was miniscual, too small for 2 people to stand in. - No feeling of privacy outside of the house - Only black and white, Italian TV channels ... A rustic family farm house in the vineyards
