• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 15.00 pm till 19.30 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room. Rates for villas are weekly (excluded final cleaning, electricity and heating on consuption).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, italian breakfast (for room rates).
• Is heating included in the price?
  No for villa rentals in self catering.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors - no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a giant private park.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No - there is a tv in the sitting room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes but only for vacation rentals.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. There are many in Conegliano.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes outside.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 500 mt far from here.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes all around.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Pietro di Feletto. Conegliano 8.5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International Airport of Venice (60 Km.) - Treviso Airport (35 km.).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  600 mt walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Conegliano 8.5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many in the vicinities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
