• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price of the rooms is per room per night. The price of the apartments is per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, except for apartments which are self catering.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Dutch and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 6 floors and we have 5 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all the bedrooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms, apart from a few, have got a terrace or balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are many bedrooms with balcony and sea or garden view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all accommodations.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from May to September weather permitting.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free private parking (max 50 cars).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the concierge desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Travelling along the Sorrento coast you may find some.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento coast. Positano on the Amalfi coast. Naples.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Naples, 40 min. by hydrofoil.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Tasso, Sorrento, right in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  200 mt from Sorrento railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, two restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
