 The Excelsior Vittoria is a historic Grand Hotel comprising three different blocks built between 1834 and 1880. Precisely because of its unique layout, the Hotel is able to offer a generous selection of rooms with a variety of features. Almost all rooms have a terrace or a balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples or the beautiful hotel grounds. The historic suites are tastefully furnished with original period furniture and have a terrace looking out over the Bay, affording splendid views and spectacular sunsets. |
The Enrico Caruso suite, very much in demand, retains the same décor and furnishings as when the famous Italian tenor stayed there for more several months, in 1921. |
 The Pompeii Suite, recently renovated, is decorated with frescoes in Pompeii style and the luxury bedroom enjoys sea views while private terrace offers a spectacular sight of the bay of Naples. Self-Catering Apartments
In addition to the main hotel rooms and suites, the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria offers a limited range of fully equipped self-catering apartments, occupying a separate building set in the private gardens. The building was used formerly by the proprietor's family, and has recently undergone a complete refurbishment. The apartments are attractively decorated self-catering units, available for rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday (minimum one week). Each apartment has its own air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven. |
