  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.

  In the building there are 3 floors, and we have an elevator.

  There are just 3 rooms with balcony and they are on the first floor with lake view.

  Yes, every room has sat tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
