My sister and I had a very lovely time at
the Palace. Everybody was exceptionately nice
and helpful. Our room with a view was spectu-
lar and I would even request that room again.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Every
morning they would seat us by a window over
looking the sea. My sister and I would not
hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel again
or any of the Turin Hotels.

We always felt safe and secure at the Excels-
ior and loved every minute of our stay.

We checked out in five minutes or less and
they came to our room and picked up our
luggage immediately after we made the call.
The taxi was there in less than five minutes
to take us to the train station.

Must see and stay. Well worth the money in
my opinion.

Fantastic. The location was amazing, the service was excellent and i just wish that we could have stayed longer. We will definately return to visit next year.

As one arrived in Rapallo ....some road signs indicating where the hotel was located would be a great help to visitors who arrive by car.

The property was very beautiful, the staff was gentle and helpful. The only thing I have to say about the comfort of the room is that I expected to have gooze down quilt instead of blankets.

the property is in excellent condition and the service is first class. The breakfast experience exceeded expectation. The location to tour this area of Italy is excellent and enjoyed the ability to walk to nearby restaurants and walk to the train and ferry. The pool is relatively small for this size hotel and the 'beach' is really just a series of rocks to sit on and not a beach as in the actual towns which was not clearly stated on the website but we did not mind.

friends. our only negative comment was re the
evening location of dining at the hotel. we
would have preferred to dine outside of the
lobby bar which was much more elegant than the
pool location.

The air conditioning in the initial room was very poor and none exisstend.After the second day the manager transfered us to a new very pleasant room in which the air conditoning worked fine.
