• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a rich buffet breakfast, with a selection of local specialities and low calorie products.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 7 floors and 5 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Few double rooms and two Suites have terrace
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Exclusive and Deluxe double rooms as well as Suites have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes satellite TV in every rooms, with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have one indoor heated pool and one outdoor panoramic pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking for 50 cars or a payment garage for 120 places.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our head concierge is at guests' disposal to arrange car rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rapallo is the nearest village, its centre is at an approx walking distance of 5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The international airport "Cristoforo Colombo" of Genova, 32 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at an approx. walking distance of a couple of minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  1 km from the hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  Just in front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private beach Club.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, Health and Fitness Club with indoor heated swimming pool, whirpool, Turkish bath, sauna and a Beauty Farm.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. They are not allowed in communal areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. We have two restaurants. The Lord Byron, open all year long and the Eden Roc open from June to September.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
