• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. Guests can choose between continental breakfast or full English breakfast, on request with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are private, quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the hotel has 80 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room is equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in the room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
