• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is possible but usually tourists settle the bill at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has four floors and two Guest lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are soundproofed and therefore very quiet.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our Hotel has an entire non-smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV: we have several national and international TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point in our lobby available for our Guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our Hotel does not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private garage available at extra cost. We have also a parking place witn no charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental and Scooter rental is available nearby.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  They are nearby the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rapallo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Genova.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is not a shuttle service to the airport of Genova. Private transfers can be be arranged at extra cost from the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus station is only 2 minutes walking distance from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The central station is only 2 minutes walking distance from our Hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  100 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  You can find private and public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a fitness room with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome in the Hotel rooms and in the common areas, but not in the restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a nice Restaurant in our Property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Notebook computers with regular modems can be used from all the rooms, simply connecting the modem with the telephone line. An ADSL connection is available in our meeting room.
