When checking credit cards they could have warned me that it would be the total bill plus 50%,which was a little unclear. would have given them a different card.

My family and l had the most wonderful stay,all staff were friendly,charming and helpful at all times.The setting by the lake was second to none what a wonderful place.

wonderful one of the best hotels l have ever stayed in.cant wait to go again,this was felt by all my family and sure my children will return.

This is a magnificent place of course and although it is rather big (and this is reflected in the service) it is still a great experience.

Our stay at Hotel Villa d Este was absolutely fabulous. Our spacious room had a lake side view and we could not have asked for more. Prices were higher than we normally pay but it was worth every penny and we definately will return. The weather was not great when we were but that did not dampen anyone's spirit.

We felt that some parts of the facilities
should be renovated again.
The taxi waiting outside was passed to the person who came after us. They suddenly asked for the taxi, then took it.

It was smooth and the ladies were great.

The image was just too big, but relax and
enjoy the property. I would recommend the hotel to my friend and I will come back when I can.
