A safe deposit is available in all rooms or at Reception. Private parking and garage are at the disposal of hotel guests. The laundry service and dry cleaning are available 6 days a week. A 24 hours valet service is also available. The Room service is from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. The Concierge can organise baby sitting, car hire (Hertz-Avis), transfer by car with 24 hours limousine service, post and parcel service, theatre and cinema tickets, ideas for excursions, newspapers. The Restaurants and bar: The "Veranda" Restaurant is the hotel's main restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in an elegant atmosphere, it overlooks the lake and the magnificent Italian garden. Hand made pasta, Risotto and fish are house specialities. The "Grill" Restaurant serves informal dinner with typical Italian dishes (closed on Monday evening). The Restaurant "Kisho" is located near the garden and features typical Japanese specialities as sushi, sashimi, tempura and teriyaki (open only for dinner, except on Tuesdays). |
 During the summer months light meals, salads and snacks are served at lunch time at the "Pool Bar" and also at your sundeck. The "Canova" Bar serves drinks on the Terrace overlooking the lake with evening piano music until midnight. During week-ends (Friday and Saturday night) there is a "Nightclub" with orchestra and dancing.

Start from the town of Como and take a two hours boat trip uplake as far as Bellagio and Varenna. You will delight in seeing all the sleepy, little villages along the way and old villas with their luxuriant gardens. Villa Carlotta: an 18th century Villa with many art treasures and a rich botanical patrimony. Villa del Balbinello: a 16th century Villa built by Cardinal Durini with its beautiful landscape. Isola Comacina is the only island on the lake. Have lunch or dinner at "La Locanda dell'Isola", an unique legendary inn set in a romantic venue. The Swiss border is only five minutes by car from the hotel and Lugano is less than 30 minutes away. If you are gambler, the Casino of Campione is reachable in half an hour.
