  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our prices are per room/apartment per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    American Buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our international Hotel Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Our Hotel has six floors and two Guest lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Every room has a parquet flooring and shining mosaic tiling in the bathrooms. Tea and coffee maker in all rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Our hotel does not have rooms with terrace/courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Our hotel does not have rooms with balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We have non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels, including the Japanese NKK and satellite TV channels (SKY TV) free of charge.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms have 3 direct telephone lines.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Self regulating air-conditioning in every room and there is no extra charge for that.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We have an internet point in our lobby available for our Guests. Wi-Fi & high speed connection in all rooms, public areas and meeting rooms.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Our hotel does not have a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have a private garage available at extra cost.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Car rental is available at Central Station and airports.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Milano Linate, 10 km. Malpensa is about 35 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    There is not free shuttle service. Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost from the Reception Desk.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The stop of tram n.1 is in front of the hotel and you will reach the centre of the city.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Cadorna station is about 10 minutes from the Hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Fitness center available free of charge.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Our "Sophia's Restaurant" offers an atmosphere of delicate modern design in which to taste a delicious mixture of traditional italian cooking and foreign cuisine.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Wi-Fi and high speed connection in all rooms.
