• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  For guests staying in a room the italian breakfast is included, the apartments are self-catering (no breakfast).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, it's provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is television in the apartments/rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but a telephone is available at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool. It depends on the weather, please ask.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Orvieto Scalo, about 10 km away.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, about 2 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport about 130 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Outside the Estate.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Orvieto, about 10 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant is open everyday during the summer months and only on Saturday nights during the low season. There are other restaurants within a radius of 2 km from the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
