| | |  The farmhouse "L'Elmo" is situated on the hills which softly and progressively lead up from the banks of Paglia river to the inland country towards the peak of mount Peglia. "L'Elmo" is in front of the tufaceous castle occupied by the city of Orvieto, to which the territory belongs. This area is characterized by the presence of typical small medieval villages and old farmhouses scattered in the land. |
The farm, extending over an area of 50 hectares, is immersed in the homonymous Park of Elmo at an height of 500 metres above sea level. It is just 10 Kms from Orvieto, 20 Kms from Todi, one and a half hour by car from Rome and two hours from Florence. |
The ancient stone country-houses was restored preserving the original building materials and the guests, at present, can enjoy their ancient beauty and their untouched harmony with the environs. |
 At Agriturismo L'Elmo both adults and young people can spend a pleasant holiday assisting in agricultural labours, horse riding, bicycling or walking along the trails traced in the wood, fishing in the small lake of the farm, playing in the areas equipped for children, enjoying the beautiful sun of the green Umbria. |
