• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The B&B price is per room per day and the Half Board price is per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast in included in the price. Normally we serve a Continental Buffet Breakfast, but, with extra charge, you can ask for American Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Normaly we ask to settle the bill the evening before the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the Hotel served by two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms have a terrace with chairs and small table.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are for non smoking persons.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have direct dialing telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are with air conditioning from the 01st June until 31st September. No extra charge is requested.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, but for max 3 cars. But outside the Hotel there is a Public Parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly in the Hotel where you can find all information about it at the Reception Desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in the center of Sant'Agnello at about 500 mt.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The center of Sant'Agnello is 800 mt far.
  The center of Sorrento is 1,5 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is Capodichino Naples Airport (60 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not. But we can arrange a Transfer at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Outside the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sant'Agnello is the nearest railway station at about 800 mt.
• How far away is the beach?
  It is 500 mt far from the Hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The Beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a Restaurant open only for Dinner from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All the rooms are with a free high-speed Internet access 24h.
