• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our sumptous breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Besides Italian we speak English, French, German and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are beautifully decorated, romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a Jacuzzi pool on the roof terrace open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many grocery stores and a supermarket in the surroundings.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lerici.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa "G. Galilei" airport is at approx. 70 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 200 m far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Sarzana (7 km). La Spezia railway station is at approx. 10 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is quite opposite the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is not a fitness centre but a Jacuzzi pool on the terrace of the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
